He has total experience of 28 years in construction, Structural design, Repairs & Renovation of MHADA buildings & Develops Second Home. He has been rewarded as the most promising entrepreneur award in the year 2010 by Mr. Santosh Nair, Smmart Consultancy. He is a founder member & Managing Trustee of BSS at Parel. He is a founder of NGO called “Dwarka”, creating awareness for Eye Donation.

Hitesh Chavan

Mr. Hitesh Chavan completed his B.E. (Civil) from Indian Institute of Engineer in 1998. He has total experience of 22 years in Project Management Consultancy, Structural design, Repairs and Restoration of dilapidated buildings. He is a member of Rotary Club of Mulund East and BNI (International Networking Club, Crème, Goregaon, and Chapter). He is a founder of NGO called "Prawas" an organization donating bicycles to the unprivileged children in the village. He has been rewarded as "Achiever of the year" in the year 2009-10 and "Outstanding Leadership award."
